Netherlands moves toward IR35 style rules

The Belastingdienst has been threatening for a long-time to tighten-up their definition of self-employment and to crack-down on companies using self-employment to avoid payroll taxes. It looks now as though they are about to repeat the mistakes made by the UK Labour party:
